• Delivery will be within 3 days after payment is made.
  • If you require us to deliver at a LATER date, kindly state the date in the ‘Note’ section
  • Delivery timing will be between 9am to 5pm daily, there is no specific time slot for delivery
  • Free delivery for orders $29.90 & above
  • Orders below $29.90 will be charged a flat fee of $6.80 island-wide
  • Paynow (enter transaction ID)
  • Direct Bank Transfer (enter Order ID as payment reference)

All payment must be made within 24hours or orders will be cancelled.

Strictly NO cash on delivery as we are using third-party logistics.

  • We will always select quality products for our customers; however, vegetable and fruits are highly perishable and may be damaged during delivery
  • In the event that there are any products that are not of acceptable quality, please inform us on the day of delivery itself (please take a picture of the product and send to us)
  • We will not be responsible for any deterioration of quality after the day of delivery as it may be due to improper storage or handling
  • If there is any product not of acceptable quality, we may offer to replace it on the next order or provide a refund directly
